[vi-android] new phone

Hello,
I weent to the phone store and got the Samsung Mini. I realize that it is
running an older version of android. I was interested in the s5 but, I had one
idea and my bank account had another(smile). Now I have the fun of getting it
set up. I will probably use it for just a phone because I have a tablet to do
most e erything else. I wanted to use accapela voice Heather but I got a
message saying I had to turn off the google speach engine and turn on the
accapela one. could someone tell me how to do this. after I get more familiar
with my phone I plan to put Near by explorer on it.
