[vi-android] Starting TalkBack with a Keyboard

Hi,
I bought a USB to Android plug, it is for hooking USB devices to the phone.
This is a Galaxy S3, and I'm pretty sure that it is running Android 4.0, or
4.1.
I am wondering if I can press S for Settings, and A for accessibility, and T
for TalkBack to get it talking?
