That's ok, I wasn't specifically aiming the post at you, just that you and your location had been discussed recently. I must admit (having read the full article now), I was surprised she didn't mention Talkback at all, or even what size the text is.
The other point that immediately h jumps to my mind is, from a low vision perspective, a phone is definitely not as good a device to watch catch up TV on as a computer with its bigger screen - unless you connect your device to your TV. Reviewing the app, I would have made mention of that and perhaps a comparison between using the app and using the website from a computer.
In any case, she does seem to think the app works well from a low vision perspective at least, and every bit of writing on accessibility in different forms hopefully helps spread a bit more awareness.
