Wir glauben all an einem Gott (after Krebs), BWV 740 [3:53] A setting of a chorale prelude based on the German Creed by J. S. Bach's favorite pupil, Johann Ludwig Krebs. Bach has reworked it considerably. Registration: HW Rohrflöte 8' + Octave 4'; (chorale) RP Bourdon 8' + Holztraverse 4' + Nasard 2 2/3' + Doublette 2' + Terz 1 3/5; (double) PD Octave 8'. For the repeat, HW Octave 4' is retired and Holztraverse 4' added, SW Holztraverse 4' is subtracted and tremulant is added. After repeat the registration reverts to that of the beginning.
