[vapug] Latest ODBC Driver

Folks,
Currently we are using ODBC driver version 2000.81.9030.04 with SQLSRV31.DLL
dated 8/6/2002, and it does not seem to have the delay we have come to
associate with earlier versions when there is more than one connection set
up on the computer. Should be available as download from Microsoft, as part
of the latest MDAC (Microsoft Data Access Component).
