[va-richmond-general] Spam on the listserve

I just got a message from a "glwinter@xxxxxxxxxxx" . The message uses
"va-richmond-general" as the SUBJECT, uses a square for an apostrophe, and
contains two links. Further, the message is about one's health, not about
birds. To me the message is spam, and I am going to report it as such.
