Mine was Friday afternoon, the 17th. I always get excited when I look at the map and see folks around here and north are getting them in early April, but I am almost always around April 15-18th. We've had several here all weekend. It was a ruby-throated hummingbird, and it looked like it may have had red near its throat, implying a male. And I don't mean hummer, either: http://www.fantom-xp.com/de_17__Hummer_H2_Geiger.html I mean hummingbird as in http://www.hummingbirds.net/map.html which shows when hummingbirds first visit an area. The map shows that they are all the way up to Binghamton, New York, now. The first ones came here around April 6, according to the map. When were your first hummingbird sightings? Jim Blowers
