Many Auduboners are acquianted with ARK (Area Rehabbers Klub), as they
care for and rehabilitate wildlife in the area that has been orphaned,
injured, or fallen ill. They do amazing work to care for and release
hundreds of animals every year and give life-long care for those who cannot
be re-released, and do this solely through their own efforts and donations
from the community.
They have just collected some really wonderful recipes and bound them in a
lovely collection, and will be putting them out for sale to raise money for
