One bird Linda & I saw today was a Yellow-billed Cuckoo. It was in a
neighborhood just across Hopkins Rd from our neighborhood, Meadowbrooks Estates
in Chesterfield County. This was the first time we have seen one in a
residential neighborhood. It flew into a high perch in a large tree on Sunbeam
Rd.

Subject: [va-richmond-general] Another day, another bird
The change of seasons can be seen in the birds in our yard. Each day this
week (April 20-24), a bird arrived that we have not seen in a while.
Monday, Hummingbird
Tuesday, Eastern Towhee
Wednesday, Pileated Woodpecker
Thursday, Catbird
Friday, Indigo Bunting
Another day, another bird. Every day a bird.
Which bird tomorrow?
