[va-bird] save the bridge tunnel

VA Birders,

I just found out today that there is a website where you can sign a petition to keep the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel Authority a separate entity from the other bridge and tunnels in the Hampton Roads/Norfolk area. The URL is:

There is information on there about the proposed changes in the management structure if you are interested.
