[va-bird] comp list

VA Birders,

I have finally gotten around to updating the comp list for all the great 
birds we've had in the past month.  We're up to 80%.  I'd appreciate it 
if everyone could take a look at it and see if I've missed anything.  I 
will hopefully be posting some photos of the Black-chinned Hummingbird 
to my website late today.  What a cutie!
