It was great seeing the Brewer's Sparrow with Will & Kurt and others,
but I'd love to get a much better look. Hopefully it will stick.
Just to make the bird list of the day a bit more complete, I had a
Woodcock fly by when I was waiting at the entrance to get in - about
6:55 am. I was a bit disappointed to not hear any Great Horned Owls
booming before sunrise, though the Woodcock was a great consolation
prize.
