In Scott County, VA on 14 August 2006, Debbye Artrip found 2 Swallow-tailed
Kites circling together at junction of State Road 638 (Purchase Ridge Road) and
North Fork of Clinch River, at 4 p.m. Ms. Artrip is a biology teacher and
knows the local birds and recognized that these were different.
