VA Birders,
I have been remiss in not addressing these Scissor-tailed Flycatchers.
VARCOM would appreciate write ups and pictures of the birds themselves,
the nest, and the eggs since this is only the second documented nesting
attempt by this species in the state. You can send all write ups to me
at this e-mail address and/or mail pictures to my address which is
posted on the VARCOM website at www.virginiabirds.org. There are also
guidelines for writing up birds on the site. Thanks everyone.
I haven't updated the comp list in quite some time because I haven't
seen any new birds. Shorebirds are already starting to move though so
we should get some birds in the next month. I'd appreciate it if
everyone could review the list to see what we are still missing.
