[va-bird] Possum Point & Cockpit Roads today, 4/20/04 (Pr. Wm. County, VA)

Hi Birders -
I ran into George Wheaton and Ralph Wall on Cockpit Rd. today.  It was a
lovely day with some pretty good finds:  at least 2 BALD EAGLES;  OSPREY  
(several) WHITE-EYED
VIREO, RE VIREO, possible/probable (?) PHILADELPHIA VIREO (none of us
was certain of the song and we didn't see the bird);WOOD THRUSH, WORM-EATING 
WARBLERS (2 minimum), BLACI-THROATED BLUE, BLACK-THROATED GREEN, 
YELLOW-THROATED WARBLER (4), SCARLET TANAGER, GREAT-CRESTED FLYCATCHER, BLACK & 
WHITE 
WARBLER, a zillion or two BLUE-GRAY GNATCATCHERS,including one with an 
almost-completed nest (I should
be such a good house-keeper), ye olde YELLOW-RUMPED WARBLER (not too many, 
thank you), PRAIRIE WARBLER and the usual suspects.  Not too
bad!
