Fourteen birders led by Mary Shuman and me enjoyed a beautiful fall morning
at OBNWR. Birds were active early but then quieted down as the sun and the
temperature rose higher. Nothing particularly unusual but nice finds
included three greater scaup among the ruddy ducks and a possible family
group of tundra swans (two adults and one immature).
