[va-bird] Merlin, etc at Cameron Station

New, and better, pictures of the Merlin that has been hanging around Ben 
Brenman Park at Cameron Station in Alexandria. Also pictures of Red-
breasted Nuthatch and Northern Mockingbird at that same location. Photos
