The following were at Hunting Creek as the tide began to inundate the 
available mudflats and shallows (~ 11:30 a.m., 8/6):

Great Egret – 5
Snowy Egret – 2
Semipalmated Plover – 2
Killdeer
Greater Yellowlegs – 6
Lesser Yellowlegs – 13
Semipalmated Sandpiper – 6
Least Sandpiper – 12
Laughing Gull – 15
Ring-billed Gull ~ 200
Herring Gull
Great Black-backed Gull – 3
Caspian Tern – 2
Forster’s Tern – 5
