A blustery day that was more like early March at Henricus this morning.
Highlights included a pair of CANADA GEESE with 5 babies, COMMON YELLOWTHROAT
and PROTHONOTARY WARBLER heard, and GNATCATCHERS galore. What was striking
was
the large number of "winter birds" - many SWAMP and WHITE-THROATED
SPARROWS, singing WINTER WREN and RUBY-CROWNED KINGLET, and a lone JUNCO.
