Visitors:
Yikes! Where do I start. Deapesh Misra was a lifer. Harry McCoy, Martha and
Steve Johnson, Lenny Friedman, Larry and Ann Cartwright, Preston Friedey,
Steve from Winchester,Mass., Nancy Walker, Ralph Wall, (this is like an
acceptance speech at the Academy Awards) Doug Graham, Lois and Sam
Shoemaker, Jon Denice, and all the others that I forgot.
Weather:
Cooler than expected. A variable breeze mostly from the west until mid
afternoon when it went a bit more east.
Raptor Observations:
Three of the Ospreys were carrying fish. One was a catfish. The species of
cat wasn't known but the white belly and whiskers were seen well. A second
Osprey had what looked like a bass sp. and the third was backlit but had a
chunky thing that looked an awful lot like a large meatball sub.
Non-raptor Observations:
People were out in force.
Predictions:
Good stuff cheap.
