Raptor Observations:
Cloud buildup led to rain; S winds became W; few raptors flying.
Non-raptor Observations:
Yesterday saw the first serious robin (2-3,000?) and redwing blackbird
push; similar movement today, and many flocks of southbound myrtle
warblers. Light jay (75) and flicker (60) flight today. Had some chimney
swifts (10 by rain time) passing again today. Wood duck; 6 migrating great
blue herons; a few killdeer flocks; flock of 15 horned larks; 5 common
loons.
Predictions:
Sunny, 58, NW wind 13-17 mph.
