With weather forecasts of impending storms and snow, I decided on Monday, Feb
12th to do a little eagle scouting expedition. I asked my buddy Sandy Hevener
to accompany me on a trip to Snowy Mountain. Spotted 3 immature Golden eagles
on Rt. 644, one 3-year old perched in a tree and two )(probably 2-year-old
birds) in the air. All 3 were located in approximately the same area.
