Gene has the address correct. Since we moved the site, I have registered the
new address with all the search engines MANY times. Also pointed out the pages
coming up were expired and out of date. The only guaranteed listing is one
that you pay for, and I will bring it up at the next VSO board meeting
(although I am not sure if this is worth the expense). We have made changes to
the code a few times, so it will be easier for the search engines to find it.
As Gene pointed out, it is about 20th on some engines. Two months ago it was
on the 20th page. Frustrating, but getting better.
We take every opportunity to advertise the address, in VSO publications and
occassionally here on VA-Bird when something new is posted to the site.

The newer VSO web address is http://www.virginiabirds.net/. It comes up ;
as about the 20th find in a search on Google.

Subject: [va-bird] VSO website
Can anyone tell me how I access the VSO website? Google can't find it,
Dogpile can't find it. Well, they find something, but when I try to go
there it tells me that it is "forbidden." Has VSO become classified?
What is the problem?
