Robyn and I are seeing a Dickcissel singing in our yard this morning.
We first saw it at about 7:45.
It has a black bib and the yellow in the breast and the yellow eye-ring

eye-striping.
We suspect it may be the same bird which visited us in the fall, but who

I-81, exit 240, proceed westward to Bridgewater (about 3-4 miles).
As the road (Dinkel Ave.) heads down the hill into Bridgewater, proceed
left on College View Dr. (just after the ponds and before the
Bridgewater College gates).
Turn Right onto E. College St.
413 E. College is about 4-7 houses ahead on the left.
Car parking is permitted only on the opposite side of E. College which
is better to avoid scaring the birds anyway.
We are at 413 E. College St. in Bridgewater, adjacent to the Bridgewater
College Football field and President Stone's garden. The address number
appears on our large open covered front porch.

If you come by, please be sensitive to the neighbors, especially since
we have not yet alerted them. We will plan to give the police a heads
up phone call too so the binoculars are not too startling. ;>)

miles from the Houff's Harris's Sparrow!
