Virginia birders,
There is still one Breeding Bird Survey (BBS) route available for anyone
wishing to run it. This is the Fincastle Route (route 017), located in
Botetourt and Roanoke counties (click on link below for map of route).

If you can commit to running the route for two years or more, have good
eyesight and hearing, and are able to identify all breeding birds in the
area by sight and sound, please contact me at the number below. For more
