A lot of waterbirds flew by this morning, mostly upriver:
Red-necked Grebes
Double-crested Cormorants
Wood Ducks
American Wigeon
Black Ducks
Mallards
Canvasbacks
Ring-necked Ducks
Buffleheads
Hooded Mergansers
Common Mergansers
Landbirds included a sapsucker, a singing phoebe, and a few Brown Creepers.
