[v-webmail] Compose/send message with priority

Hi all,
I sometime recieve emails from people who have assigned, for example, high
priority and there's a red exclamation point (!) to the left of the message.
How can I assign a priority when *I* am sending messages? It appears v-webmail
can read priorities on incoming messages; I just don't know how to assign one
on a message I compose and send out.
