Chief Engineer's Log,

Stardate 0411.16. My crews have been working double and triple
shifts since the Spaculan test ship exploded forcing us out of slipstream.
The Eagle has suffered moderate damage across all decks. We have restored
life support, and most secondary propulsion systems. Communications, all
defense systems, long range sensors, and both warp and slip stream drive
systems are still down. Mr. Haas is currently working with one of my best
teams to try and restore communication and I think they will have better
luck then I am with the warp and slip stream drives. Most of the conduits
surrounding the core have been slagged. And according to tricorder readings
most of the Magnetic Constriction emitters are fused because of the power
feedback when we exited slipstream. With replicators still down, I am not
sure if we will be able to restore slipstream but I am hopeful that we can
restore at least partial warp power. It's a long shot but one that we have
to take.

End log.

Acting Chief Engineer
