It would be better for us to offer, voluntarily, some sort of funding,
perhaps at a Audubon Chapter level or OBA member level. Birding licenses
would be a nightmare. I feel that ODFW does a lot to support environmental
causes that benefit birder interests without getting a lot of funding from
us.
