I didn't catch a complete break in the rain, but the rain was light to
moderate when I got there. I scanned from the car with bins and scope.
Nothing out of the ordinary, but observations of note include:
150 VIOLET-GREEN SWALLOWS swarming over the pond, likely due to insects
being driven to ground / water level by the rain.
1 Adult male CANVASBACK
9 or more WESTERN GREBES
