The tool is only specific to windows 7,
The hyena version should not be an issue.

Does it matter what version of Hyena you are running?  Since I am running 
version 8.1 and I know you installed that as well.........

To create a remote assistance tool in Hyena on windows 7,
Open Hyena:
Go to :  Tools \ Custom Tools \ Tool Settings
Click:  New
Under Menu Caption, Type:    Remote Assistance

Under Command Line, Type:   C:\Windows\System32\msra.exe /offerra

Click OK

Remote assistance has now been added to your right click menus in Hyena 
under custom tools

It can also be launched using CTRL - F1 (note the function key corresponds 
to the tools position in the list. If you have other custom tools, it will 
assign a different key. In either case the correct combination will be 
displayed when you view it in the right click menu.)

As with the desktop shortcut, it does not parse the user station. That 
must be manually entered. You only need the user station however (USXXXX) 
and not the fully qualified domain name.
