Village" Youth Lab is Friday, June 12th. The "I.T. Village" Youth Lab, an initiative of City Manager Milton Dohoney, is designed to help Cincinnati area youth enhance technology literacy and IT business skills. It is a partnership of the City of Cincinnati, Dell, Inc. and Uptown Consortium. QUALIFICATIONS City of Cincinnati/Hamilton County student residents between grades 6-12 with a valid student Identification Card and/or by verifying their age and residency. Students must have a "C" average in most recent school term, maintain strong citizenship, and a recommendation letter from the applicant school or from designated organizations collecting applications for the Regional Computer Center. WHEN Two sessions every Tuesday and Thursday at 11:00 am and 12:15 pm beginning July 7th. The sessions will be held at the Uptown Village (Avondale Community Pride Center) and Downtown Village (Centennial II Plaza). GRADUATION Students successfully completing the six week, twelve session program will each receive a Dell computer. ATTENDANCE TO ALL CLASSES IS MANDATORY TO GRADUATE!
