Hope you all have been keeping warm these past few days! Just a reminder
that our February CHIA meeting is this Thursday (2/8). As usual, the
meeting will be held at Rohs Street Cafe. To stay true to our social roots
we welcome everyone to stop up a little early (anytime after 6), warm up
with a cup of coffee and meet your neighbors! The official meeting agenda
will start at 6:30 and a detailed agenda is below.
6:00 to 6:30 - Social (half) hour
6:30 to 6:35 - Convene
6:35 to 6:45 - Police topic: Right of Entry (Off. Katherine Neal)
6:45 to 7:10 - Guest Speaker: Doug Bolton

Also, mark your calendars for the second Quality of Life seminar on March
22nd. This is a very good seminar put on by Chris Monzel's office and I
would encourage everyone to attend. CH had the largest contingent at the
first seminar and it would be great to continue that! While open to
everyone, this would be an especially informative session for the Block
Captains and those on the Landlord Contact and Vacant Building teams. More
detailed information is attached.
