[UHNA] Clean up.

The block captains are considering having a cleanup in University Heights on
July 8. I invited them to our Wed on the Porch that evening. I'll send more
info but suggested Probasco and Marshall.
They have started small cleanups in the evening which are less time-consuming
and more fun. We cleaned up the area around Fairview School on Wed and had
snacks at Rob Neel's afterwards.
