I'm cross-posting this to the UEB-ED mailing list as this is a UEB coding
question.
The UEB sign is dots 4-5, 2-5-6, placed after the "item" to which it applies.
"item" is a defined term in UEB.
For example, for four point three recurring, you'd write:
#d4<#c>^4 (ASCII braille)
⠼⠙⠲⠣⠼⠉⠜⠘⠲ (Unicode braille)
Notice the use of the "braille group signs", needed to define the "item" in
this particular case.
Similarly five point three six recurring is brailled similarly as:
#e4<#cf>^4 (ASCII braille)
⠼⠑⠲⠣⠼⠉⠋⠜⠘⠲ (Unicode braille)

Using UEB for Mathematics, section 3b, and in the Guidelines for Technical
Material in section 12.
