Hello Rich,

this seems to be the reason. When I set my timezone to "GMT" then there is no
such 1 hour difference between how the Amiga side and the Linux side see a
file in my home directory. Regarding the difference of the files on the CD it
might be that Linux and Amiga interpret this differently too. So where Linux
adds on hour Amiga might not. And thus when I copy a file from the CD to my
harddisk under Linux and view it under Amiga then I get that hour difference.

Any idea on how to fix that DST support? For me even a simple configuration
option where I can specify the time difference between the Linux and the
Amiga side would be enough. I would have to adjust it twice a year. An
automatically working solution would be even better tough.

This is the timezone information from my Linux setup:

Your default time zone is set to 'Europe/Berlin'.
Local time is now: Di Aug 3 17:23:23 CEST 2004.
Universal Time is now: Di Aug 3 15:23:23 UTC 2004.

This is the timezone being used, when being not in summertime:

Di Feb 3 17:24:38 CET 2004

Regards,
