[uae] Save Config

Hello,
i've probably noticed another bug in the gui...
If i load a config with the -f switch from command line ( e.g. uae -f
~/.uaerc-a1200 ) , then i modify with the gui the config and then i save
it, ~/.uaerc is saved and even worser overwritten and no changes are
made to ~/.uaerc-1200 .
