Hello,

I am not able to install a new service pack of GoldED Studio AIX. It asks
me to insert the GoldED Studio AIX CD and then tries to read a keyfile
from the CD which is very large. This then fails. I do not have much time
right now, but I hope to make a SnoopDOS log later. Dietmar Eilert told
me that he is doing nothing special, just read the file and seek in it.

When I copy the relevants parts of the CD to the virtual filesystem onto
my Linux home directory, remove the CD, make an assign, remove the code
from the servicepack installation script that checks for the CD and then
start it again, everything works.

I hope to provide a SnoopDOS log of this later, this is just so that it is
reported. Its not the first case where I found that accessing a CD
directly gives problems while copying the contents from the CD to
harddisk and then using that copied contents works.

I am using scsi_device=ATAPI on Kernel 2.6.7 (2.6.8-1 on Debian doesn't
let me burn CD and DVDs with K3b as non-root user).

Is there a bugzilla for E-UAE so that all the reported bugs do not get
lost? ;).

Regards,
