[typeabilitybeta] Three problems with TypeAbility and MAGic

Hi

1. When I was using TypeAbility with MAGic this evening, I logged in,
and it said "good evening, it's neat to see you once again". I've never
heard TypeAbility say that before, but with UK settings we definitely
cannot have it saying that. If I had heard it before I am sure I would
have made a note of that.

2. More seriously, if you start a lesson, and while working through it
press Control+U, TypeAbility will say for example "no it's not control
plus U, it's F as in Frank" or whatever the item is. TypeAbility for
jaws does not do this.

3. That problem still exists where if you enter a list box TypeAbility
speaks at the user's preferred speech settings rather than the
TypeAbility settings which is really potentially confusing.
