Deborah, Manitoba’s Bill 7 – which will eliminate Card Check in Manitoba,
hasn’t passed yet, but it will be a miracle if it doesn’t. Hearings are coming
up soon, but the Conservatives have a majority so it’s hard to see how it won’t
pass when it comes down to the vote (likely before the year is out).
