Job Description:

.Contributing killer programming to the development of innovative, 
consumer-facing mobile
products;
.Conducting design and code reviews;
.Pragmatically solving problems quickly and efficiently;
.Perpetually looking for ways to make RDMS Collect better.

Requirements:
The required suite of knowledge, skill, education, experience and ability of 
the ideal
candidate are as follows:
. B.S. Computer Science/Math or related relevant education; Impressive academic
credentials
.1 -- 3 years' experience developing Android applications
.At least 2 years' experience with OOP with C++, Java, C#
.Solid understanding of the Android SDK, iOS SDK
.Experience with Geo Location API's, Animation API's
.Attention to detail when it comes to UI `look and feel` as well as performance
.Ability to operate in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial start-up environment
.Ability to work hard and have a lot of fun at the same time
.Team-first mentality

This position requires an exceptional candidate with strong object-oriented 
design skills
and a minimum of 2 years of professional software development experience using 
C++, Java,
or C#/.NET technologies developing apps for tablet-based computing. A strong 
understanding
of and experience with basic computer-science concepts is required, including 
algorithms
and data structures. The candidate must have above average organizational, 
interpersonal,
and communication skills.
