day of sales is Oct 23rd as set by the council. We have to process to
submit all the prizes by Oct 24th so please be kind and do not wait until
the last minute- hence the reason for our Oct 18th due date - money needs
turned in to me no later than the Oct 23rd but the Oct 18th date would be
best.
