No, it's not harmful at all. It is caused by an error in the way the webpage was designed.
Turn it off:
In Internet Explorer select Tools
| Internet Options | Advanced and click OFF in response to "Display a
notification about every script error", then click OK.
Now when anyone messes up in their HTML coding you won't get the annying message.
