[triadtechtalk] Restart

When I restart my computer by clicking restart, once it restarts, I get the
ugly gray fuzzy screen. A box
saying my desktop properties might need changing, if I want to keep the same
settings choose no.
I choose no.Then restart again. My question is. After the computer is restarted
again with the right desktop
settings, why is the restart button still ticked? Is there a setting so this
want happen again? Probable not,
but wont hurt to ask.
