[triadtechtalk] IE Browser

New question folks!
My browser use to pop right up (full screen) when I
would
click on any URL in a message, (and sometimes in half
screen, which I hated also), but now it doesn't pop up
at
all even though it is loaded in the background and is
showing
in my toolbar and I have failed to find any reference
to the
problem in the Help file or in any of my Tips file that
I have
saved over the years!
Anyone else had this problem and if so, how did you
solve
it? I know that it is going to be something very
simple, but
it is just escaping my attention and it has finally
reduced me
to ask for help! ; )
