Well... because we won't login using root there is an additional step
required (get root/sudo privileges).
...now after I wrote it (by directly modifying the torrc files) I think
it would be best to rewrite it using the control protocol (after logging
in via ssh) to do the job without root permissions.
On the other hand using the ControlPort(s) is a bit cumbersome with
multiple instances..
