The smallest offer probably isn't good enough (only 4GB RAM, only E2160), but the "Maxi Duo" for 200 Euro (270 USD) might be worth a try. You will not get fully green lights from ANY of the cheap ISPs. All I have from 100tb.eu is: "As long as abuse complaints are solved swiftly this is not an issue. Yes we can swip a range of IPs to you." I haven't nailed them down on it though. "Yes we can SWIP" does NOT mean anything. Even IF they attach our abuse handle (abuse-mailbox on RIPE), many complaints still go to the upstream ISP.
