Ubuntu hour used to be a big thing, especially here in North America. Just did a quick google on it but it seems to have calmed down last few years. If you are desperate for ppl, perhaps find some previous Ubuntu hour organizers in your area and contact them.

These should be the right type of ppl for the mission (if they are patient with kids).

Hi all,

I know many of you run Linux and/or use it at your job...  LinuxCon
2016 is going to be held right here in Toronto next week!

A group called Kids on Computers is looking for volunteers to help
kids 7-14 set up and install a Linux distro for education called
UberMix ( http://www.ubermix.org) on the morning of August 25th.
There will also be some Arduino courses for kids run that afternoon as
well.

In return, volunteers can get a free pass for the entire conference
(an $1100 value).

Let me know off-list if you're interested in this opportunity, and
I'll connect you with the organizers.

Cheers,
