I would love to find a copperhead! We have them here but they aren't all that common in this area. The only one I've found was a dead juvenile. Cottonmouths will sometimes inflate themselves with air. The one in the last 4 shots did this and when it tried to swim away under the water, as soon as it stopped swimming it would immediately float up and bob around on the surface.
