There was a very nice group who attended the kickoff reception for John
Pickering and Tori Staples of Discover Life for the Moth Study Site at Winged
Deer Park in Johnson City. John gave a very informative presentation about
Discover Life. If you have not looked at the site you are in for a treat.
This will be a wonderful opportunity for the group to contribute data for the
moths and other insects that find their way to the sheet in the park. Sounds
like lots of fun for everyone. Hope you find many new species, maybe some that
are undescribed.
Keep the rest of us informed as the weeks go by.
